- Non-residents must maintain a yearly membership status or
take a Leave of Absence.

- All non-resident households require one Senior member.
|
- Only one Senior member per non-resident household.
|
- The Senior Single Restricted category is not an available
option to a Senior member. It is only available on renewal of same.
|
- A former resident member may join, as a non-resident member as long as
he/she held an annual membership for 3 of the last 5 years and exercises
such right to join as a non-resident within 2 years of moving from the
Village. Thereafter, such privilege to membership expires.

- If a child or child-in-law of a resident leaves the Village (becoming a
non-resident) and then decides to join, he/she may join at any time, as long as his/her parents are current residents. Once the child
becomes a non-resident member, he/she must maintain a membership every year (active or
L.O.A.) or else forfeit membership.

- When a non-resident Associate loses a Senior player due
to illness or death, the non-resident Associate may remain as an Associate member. If the
Senior member resigns as a member for any other reason, the Associate member must become a
Senior or Senior Single Restricted member.

- A person or member of a household of a person who rents a
dwelling in the Village for a period of not less than one-hundred twenty (120) days shall
be entitled to daily privileges during the term of such periods.

- A person or member of a household of a person who rents a
dwelling in the Village pursuant to a lease for a period of not less than one-year and has
established full-time occupancy in the Village for at least sixty days, shall be entitled
to annual privileges. Such annual privilege shall only be valid for the period of
residency in the village.

- An annual resident membership will be offered to
either the landlord or the tenant, but not both.
|
