BOOKING PERIODS FOR CATERED EVENTS

There are a number of categories relating to the ability to book a catered event. Those categories and their related booking timeframes are as follows:

1. Village Resident (as defined in the Village code) catered event - may  be booked for any future date, without restriction.

2. Village catered event (defined as a catered event for the benefit of recognized organizations of the Village, as determined by the Village) - may be booked for any future date, without restriction.

3. Non-resident Annual Golf Member (defined as a person who is not a village resident but has an annual membership for use of the village golf course) catered event - may be booked for a date only within 24 months of request.

4. Village Resident Sponsored Catered Event (defined as a catered event for a person who is not a Village Resident, but is sponsored by a Village Resident) - may be booked for a date only within 24 months of request.

5. Village Resident Sponsored Catered Events for the benefit of organizations - may be booked for a date only within 12 months of request.

6. Non-resident Annual Golf Member Sponsored Catered Events (defined as a catered event for a person who is not (i) not a village resident and (ii) not a Non-resident Annual Golf Member, but is sponsored by a Non-resident Annual Golf Member - may be booked for a date only within 12 months of request.

7. CulinArt Catered Event (defined as a catered event that is for the benefit of a person who is neither a Village Resident or a Non-resident Annual Golf Member, nor sponsored by either, and has engaged CulinArt directly for a catered event) - may be booked for a date only within 12 months of request.
